The Planning
We help shape the full celebration from the beginning — including theme direction, location ideas, vendor recommendations, food and dessert planning, invitation guidance, timeline notes, and email planning with availability, details, and next steps.

The Design
We create the overall look and feel for your event with color palette direction, décor ideas, picnic layout planning, tablescape styling, add-on suggestions, and visual guidance based on your guest count, location, and occasion.

The Setup + Coordination
We bring the picnic experience to life with a styled low picnic table, rugs, pillows, seating, place settings, candles, décor, centerpiece details, delivery, setup, styling, cleanup, vendor timing support, access notes, and final detail coordination before your event.
Full-Service Picnic Event Planning
Planning Fee Starting at $895 + tax
For celebrations that need more than a standard picnic setup, this planning service gives you extra support with the vision, details, vendors, location, timeline, and overall event flow.
The planning fee does not include the picnic setup or outside vendor costs. Your picnic experience, add-ons, food, florals, balloons, venue fees, rentals, invitations, desserts, entertainment, photography, and specialty décor are priced separately based on your event needs.

A Few Planning Notes

Full-Service Picnic Event Planning starts at $895 + tax & setup.

Outside vendors, food, venue fees, rentals, and specialty décor are not included in the planning fee.

Vendor invoices are paid separately by the client.

Custom picnic events require more planning time than standard Signature Picnics.

Weekend dates, holidays, showers, kids parties, and events involving multiple vendors should be requested as early as possible.

Some locations may require approval, permits, access instructions, or additional fees.

No pets and no red wine are allowed at our picnic setups.
